BANCO BPM HAS SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHED ITS €500 MILLION GREEN TIER 2 TO INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS ONLY

Banco BPM S.p.A. announces that it has successfully launched the issue of a new Subordinated Tier 2, with an eleven and a half years maturity (January 2038), callable in January 2033, with a total principal amount of euro 500 million. This represents the first Green Tier 2 Bond issued by an Italian bank.
