Trough E-MARKET SDIR & STORAGE platform, Teleborsa offers dedicated services to issuers to help them meet their regulatory and reporting requirements. Participants in SDIR and STORAGE include issuers of financial instruments listed on one of the Consob regulated markets operated by Borsa Italiana or on other markets and MTFs, press agencies, Consob and Borsa Italiana itself.
The platform allows each issuer to disseminate and publish its own press releases (including internal dealing and buy back) and documents. Furthermore it is possible to access to the publications archive to be consulted.
The E-MARKET SDIR and E-MARKET STORAGE platforms are a Regulated Information storage and disclosure system authorized by Consob under the terms of Article113-ter (4), letter a, of Italian Legislative Decree 58/98.
