The irrevocable offer submitted by DHH for the acquisition of Perimeter B.1 of the Tessellis Group has been accepted

Milan, 22 May 2026. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005645541) (“DHH” or “Company”), following the press release of May 20, 2026, announces that today it has received confirmation of acceptance from Tessellis S.p.A. (“Tessellis”), Tiscali Italia S.p.A. (“Tiscali Italia”), and GO Internet S.p.A. (“GO Internet”), each within its respective scope of authority, of the irrevocable offer submitted by the Company on April 30, 2026 and subsequently amended on May 15, 2026 (“Offer”), for the purchase of the “B.1” business perimeter of the Tessellis Group.
