Notification of substantial change in shareholding

Milan, 19 December 2025. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005645541) announces that it has today received notification from Daniele Vona and Marianna Vona of a substantial change in shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations. As a result of the placement reserved for institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure, announced to the market yesterday, although the number of shares held remains unchanged, their stake falls below the relevant threshold of 15% of the share capital.
