MAPS: FINALIZED THE ACQUISITION OF 30% OF MICURO S.R.L. BY ARTEXE S.P.A.

Parma, 20 July 2022 MAPS (MAPS:IM; IT0005364333), Innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan active in the digital transformation sector, in accordance with its announcement on 30th June 2022, informs that as of today's date, following the occurrence of the contractually stipulated suspensive conditions, Artexe S.p.A. finalized the purchase of 30 percent of Micuro s.r.l., arriving to hold its entire share capital. Finally, it is reported that following the completion of the transaction, a totalitarian meeting of Micuro s.r.l. was held today at which Dr. Maurizio Pontremoli was appointed as Sole Director of the company. Micuro is an innovative start-up operating in the Insurtech sector, which aims to innovate personal insurance services.
