Treasury Shares Purchase

Milan, 25 January, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 4,740 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 19, 20, 21, 24 and 25 January 2022, at an average price of Eur 5.078051 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 24,069.96. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
