Milan, 29 October, 2021 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growht Milan, formerly AIM Italia, and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 1,000 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value date 26 October 2021, at an average price of Eur 4.617840 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 4,617.84.
