Milan, 9 March, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 4,990 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 4, 7 and 9 March 2022, at an average price of Eur 4.530483 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 22,607.11. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
