Milan, 10 November, 2021 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growht Milan, formerly AIM Italia, and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 1,000 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value date 4 November 2021, at an average price of Eur 4.541740 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 4,541.74.
