Milan, 9 February, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 2,000 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 4 and 8 February 2022, at an average price of Eur 5.146940 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 10,293.88. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
