Acquisto e pagamento finale di tutte le Azioni della Società Prestat

Il 25 febbraio 2021, Domori ha regolato l'acquisto completo e il pagamento finale di tutte le Azioni della Società Prestat, a seguito del pagamento iniziale dell'anticipo, il 13 marzo 2019, per un importo di Euro 1.530.000. Domori ha pagato un importo di Euro 2.863.957,21 quale saldo finale e ultimo pagamento per la vendita e l'acquisto di Azioni Prestat. Il corrispettivo complessivo pagato per il valore del capitale sociale 100% Prestat è stato definitivamente valutato in Euro 4.393.957,21. On February 25th 2021, Domori has settled the complete purchase and final payment off all Prestat Company’s Shares, following the initial payment of the advance, on March 13th 2019, for the amount of Euro 1.530.000. Domori paid an amount of Euro 2.863.957,21 as final settlement and last payment for the sale and purchase of Prestat Shares. The total consideration paid for the value of 100% Prestat share capital has definitively assessed in the amount of Euro 4.393.957,21.
