Notification of substantial change in shareholding

(DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005645541) announces that it has today received from Giandomenico Sica the notice of substantial change in shareholding pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations. As a result of the sale transaction of 85.000 shares on 8 April 2026, the number of shares held by him decreased from 304.435 to 219.435, falling below the 5% threshold.
