Bylaws of Snam S.p.A. - Change of registered offices

Please find attached the Bylaws of Snam S.p.A., in which Article 3.1 has been amended. (clean version). The text was registered with the Milan Business Register on 15 December 2025. The change of registered offices will be effective as of 1 January 2026.
