Bylaws of Snam S.p.A. - Change of registered offices

Please find attached the Bylaws of Snam S.p.A., in which Article 3.1 has been amended. (marked-up version). The text was registered with the Milan Business Register on 15 December 2025. The change of registered offices will be effective as of 1 January 2026.
