Change in the financial calendar

Milan, 9 August, 2023 – Growens S.p.A. –GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies that the Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the individual and consolidated Half Year Report as of 30 June 2023 will occur on 18 September 2023, instead of 19 September 2023 as previously announced.
