Treasury Shares Purchase

Milan, 28 December, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 1,300 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 23 and 27 December 2022, at an average price of Eur 4.188462 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 5,445.00. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
