Treasury Shares Purchase

Milan, 7 October, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 2,500 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 30 September and 6 October 2022, at an average price of Eur 4.477200 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 11,193.00. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
