Treasury Shares Purchase

Milan, 10 June, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 1,400 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 2 and 9 June 2022, at an average price of Eur 4.641414 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 6,497.98. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
