DHH announces the launch of SYSBEE, a Croatian startup with global ambitions focused on managed hosting and led by Zvonimir Gembec

Milan, 30 March 2018. The Board of Directors of DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the “Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe," announces the launch of SYSBEE, a startup focused on managed hosting and led by Zvonimir Gembec, former founder and CEO of Plus Hosting, one of the veterans of the internet field in the Balkans. In particular, today DHH d.o.o. (DHH Croatia) started the process of splitting, in which process a new company will be established, SYSTEM BEE limited liability company for information technology solutions (SYSBEE Ltd.), with the share capital of 20.000 kunas (approx.. 2.700 EUR). The only member of the new company shall initially be DHH SpA, and in the next step of the process, share capital of the new company is planned to be increased, by payment of the share of the new member of the company, Mr. Zvonimir Gembec, who serves as a CEO of the company.
