Treasury Shares Purchase

Milan, 12 January, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 3,270 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 5,6, 7 and 11 January 2022, at an average price of Eur 5.191829 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 16,977.28. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
