Approval of quantitative and qualitative criteria for assessing independence pursuant to Article 6-bis of the Issuers’ Regulations EGM

Milan, 07 May 2025. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that the Company’s Board of Directors, following the resolution passed on March 21, 2024, by the previous Board in compliance with the provisions of Article 6-bis of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations, has reapproved the quantitative and qualitative criteria for assessing the significance, including economic significance, of relationships that may be relevant for the assessment of the independence of Directors (the “Policy”).

(DHH.MI) (azioni ISIN IT0005203622) comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società, facendo seguito a quanto deliberato il 21 marzo 2024 dal precedente Consiglio in ottemperanza a quanto previsto dall’art. 6-bis del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, ha provveduto a riapprovare i criteri quantitativi e qualitativi sulla base dei quali valutare la significatività, anche economica, delle relazioni potenzialmente rilevanti ai fini della valutazione dell’indipendenza degli Amministratori (la “Policy”).
