Milan, 1 July, 2019 – MailUp S.p.A. – MAIL (the “Company” or “MailUp”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, in the context of the resolution of the Company’s General Shareholders Meeting on 18 April 2019, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 2,500 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value date 24 June, 2019, at an average price of Eur 3.5168 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 8,791.9950. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.

(“DHH”) (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), a tech company whose mission is to create the “Internet Platform of the Emerging markets of Europe,” announces that the Monthly Average Price, as defined in the warrant Dominion Hosting Holding S.p.A. 2016 – 2021 Regulation for June 2019 was equal to EUR 6,03 (the average price of the DHH’s shares traded on the SME Growth Market recorded during the trading sessions in the month of June 2019) whereas the strike price for warrant of DHH (“Warrant”) is equal to EUR 11.50.
