Milan, 9 December, 2021 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growht Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 5,700 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 1, 2 and 3 December 2021, at an average price of Eur 5.047866 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 28,772.84. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
