Please find attached the Report on Remuneration in accordance with Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, which replaces the version published on 13 March 2018 and includes corrections to typographical mistakes and/or errors to Table 1 of Attachment 1 and to Table 3b of Attachment 2.

Si trasmette la Relazione sulla Remunerazione ex art. 123-ter del D.Lgs. 58/98, che sostituisce quella pubblicata in data 13 marzo 2018, in quanto nella tabella 1 dell’Allegato 1 e nella tabella 3B dell’Allegato 2 della medesima Relazione sono stati rettificati taluni refusi e/o errori materiali.

Si trasmette la Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario ai sensi del D.Lgs. 254/2016, corredata dalla relazione della società di revisione.
