Milan, 3 February, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 4,100 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 27 and 28 January, 2 and 3 February 2022, at an average price of Eur 5.044051 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 20,680.61. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
