This document replaces the previous version of the Explanatory Report in order to specify that the Board of Directors may exercise the power to increase the share capital within five years of the shareholders' resolution (in the previous version: "within five years of the shareholders' resolution becoming effective").

Il presente documento sostituisce la precedente versione della Relazione illustrativa al fine di precisare che il Consiglio di Amministrazione può esercitare la delega ad aumentare il capitale sociale entro cinque anni dalla delibera assembleare (nella precedente versione: "entro cinque anni dall'efficacia della delibera assembleare).
