Treasury Shares Purchase

Milan, 18 May, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 4,300 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 9, 10, 16 and 17 May 2022, at an average price of Eur 4.883912 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 21,000.82. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
