Banco BPM S.p.A. has decided to exercise its option to redeem all of the outstanding Tier 2 Notes, issued on 29 June 2021 with a 10 year maturity, on the Issuer Call Date falling on 29 June 2026, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Italian Law Notes.

Banco BPM S.p.A. ha deciso di esercitare il diritto di rimborso del titolo Tier 2 emesso il 29 giugno 2021 con scadenza dieci anni (gennaio 2031) e rimborsabile anticipatamente il 29 giugno 2026, come definito nelle Terms and Conditions di diritto italiano del titolo.
