Milan, 8 April, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 5,670 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 4, 5, 7 and 8 April 2022, at an average price of Eur 5.138992 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 29,138.09. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
