(the “Company” or “MailUp”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility AIM Italia / Alternative Investment Market and operating in the marketing technology field, in the context of the resolution of the Company’s General Shareholders Meeting on 26 April 2018, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 5,460 treasury shares on AIM Italia, value dates 27, 29 and 30 November, 2018, at an average price of Eur 2.4771 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 13,525.2078. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
