Treasury Shares Purchase
Milan, 24 February, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 4,380 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 21, 22 and 23 February 2022, at an average price of Eur 4.918836 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 21,544.50. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
