Milan, 13 January, 2023 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 750 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 6 and 13 January 2023, at an average price of Eur 4.224827 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 3,168.62. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
