Banco BPM (‘BBPM’ or the ‘Bank’) - in recalling in full what has been communicated to the market on 26 November 2024 regarding the public exchange offer promoted by UniCredit (the ‘Offer’) - announces that it has requested Consob today to take measures to protect all the Bank's stakeholders and the market as well as the public offer promoted on Anima's shares.

Banco BPM (“BBPM” o la “Banca”) - nel richiamare integralmente quanto comunicato al mercato il 26 novembre 2024 in merito all’offerta pubblica di scambio promossa da UniCredit (l'"Offerta") - comunica di avere richiesto alla Consob in data odierna l’adozione di provvedimenti a tutela di tutti gli stakeholder della Banca e del mercato nonché dell’offerta pubblica promossa sulle azioni di Anima.
