Milan, 3 March, 2022 – Growens S.p.A. – GROW (the “Company” or the “Issuer” or “Growens”), a company admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the cloud marketing technology field, hereby notifies the purchase of n. 5,790 treasury shares on Euronext Growth Milan, value dates 25 and 28 February and 2 and 3 March 2022, at an average price of Eur 4.672202 per share, for a total consideration of Eur 27,052.05. The purchase was completed through Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
