(“DHH” or the “Company”) (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that the Board of Directors, held today, resolved the assignment of proxies, related powers, and remuneration to the Directors for the three-year period 2022-2023-2024. Tamara Arduini, Antonio Domenico Baldassarra, Matija Jekovec and Giandomenico Sica were appointed Managing Directors of the Company. Andrea Arrigo Panato will instead remain on the Board of Directors as an independent, non-executive director.
