Following the Press Release issued today at 16.16 regarding the Annual General Meeting, UniCredit was informed by Computershare of a technical error in the calculation of the shares attending the AGM and voting the resolutions. Successivamente alla diffusione odierna alle ore 16.15 del comunicato stampa relativo all'assemblea annuale degli azionisti, UniCredit è stata informata da Computershare di un errore tecnico nel calcolo delle azioni che sono state depositate e computate nelle risoluzioni di voto. UniCredit provvede a reinviare il comunicato stampa aggiornato. L'Assemblea approva il Bilancio 2021
